Free Metro-Sydney Shipping Offer: For orders exceeding $500 (total price of products only), we offer Free Shipping to metro Sydney in NSW. Please note that this is a limited-time offer and does not apply to any other region besides metro Sydney.
Note: Due to restrictions from Shopify, you will be charged the shipping amount for orders exceeding $500. We will refund you the full shipping amount before we deliver your order.

Handling & Dispatch Time

While we make every effort to maintain adequate stock levels, we regret that we cannot keep all models from all our suppliers in Australia. This limitation applies to all retailers in Australia. Some items may need to be sourced from our suppliers' warehouses before they can be dispatched to our customers.

Should items be temporarily out of stock across Australia, preventing us from dispatching your order promptly, we will promptly contact you to provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the next shipment. At this point, you can decide whether to wait for the item to become available or request an immediate refund, with no questions asked.

We are committed to notifying you as soon as possible if we are unable to fulfill your order, typically within business hours. We will make every effort to keep you informed.

Please note that various carriers are employed for delivering our goods, and each has its own delivery timeframes. Consequently, the time required for your order to reach you after leaving our warehouse will depend on both the carrier and your location, typically ranging from 3 to 10 business days on average.
