How long does it take to deliver?
We use carriers for transport and couriers to deliver the goods to the customer. Delivery transit time depends on the carriers and couriers. We normally try to get the goods to our customer within 3-4 working days hence, the time take for the goods to reach you once they have left our warehouse will depend on the carrier and your postcode location.
In the unlikely event your order is delayed, we or our couriers will contact you to notify you of alternate delivery time.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
The Customer may return item purchase for valid reason within 7 days of receiving the item. Should the item be return ZY Lighting will issue the customer with a store credit or a refund to the value of the purchase price less two delivery charges(to cover the outward and inbound delivery costs) . Some of our products can be offered with free delivery. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual delivery costs (both outbound and inbound) will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that the item must be returned must be in its original condition. Products that have been installed or products that are not returned in the exact condition in which they were sent out to you will not be acceptable for refund.
Sale/Clearance or special items are not refundable.
