Refund Policy

You may return an item that you bought from us for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item. Unless the product is faulty or damaged, all returns or refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover labour costs of accepting refunds, checking returned items, reshelving items and non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by us for your original transaction. All claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving the item. All exchange items will incur 20% restocking fee to cover labour costs of accepting refunds, checking returned items, reshelving items and non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by us for your original transaction. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavour to resell it. We can not accept returns on products that have been installed or products that are not returned in the exact condition in which they were sent out to you.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on Sale/Clearance items.

Shipping fee is non-refundable if the order has already been sent out.
